I totally agree.  It's only the offset you need to worry about.  The
outside diameter is identical, and the width is measured in mm, so a
225-60/15, is the identical width and diameter as a 225-40/17, and as we
all know, the 60, and the 40, is 40%, or 60% of the cross section, or
the 225 mm.
