While motoring to work today, my 1988 90q stopped running. At first
analysis, it seems to be a fuel problem. It cranks and has spark and fuel,
with pressure. After tinkering with it roadside for 2 hours, I had it
carried home, and now I turn to the list for possible help.
I did pull the error codes and got:
2414
2142
2232
I then got what I believe was the "all clear" signal, hopefully it wasn't
'1111.'
The first two codes have to do with the knock sensor, which I'm not even
sure where it is. The last code, 2232, pertains to the air flow sensor and
or potentiometer, and the related wiring. Does anyone have any pointers,
suggestions or web addresses that might help? I'm in digest mode, so feel
free to reply directly.
And I just put a new fuel pump in it last week. Ugh.
Thanks for any attention to this.
