HTML Mail

A simple request here...can we turn off the HTML mail formatting? For those
in realtime, many mail readers can accomodate the double version of each
message...some can't.

However, for those of us on the digest version...the mail server doesn't
strip out the second version of each message and we get both a plain text
message and a complete *unrendered* listing of all the html code. It makes
the digest more than twice as large and much less readable.
