Public Apology

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Quattro list (and yes, that includes you, Theron)

I wish to publicly apologize for my childish and inexcusably rude and
boorish behavior in initiating the recent unpleasantness.

Theron, you are correct, I made a complete and utter ass out of myself, and
there is no excuse for it.  Worse, I know better.

Among other things, I gave an accurate demonstration of the meaning of the
word "Hubris" when I made the crack about giving Theron a lesson in
humility.  There was a lesson in humility involved, and I am the one
getting it.  A good thing, because I badly needed it

I am thoroughly ashamed of my conduct and disgusted by it, and I humbly
apologize to every one of you who had to read it.

And to you, Theron, who was the target of my childish vitriol.
