Can dealers do this?

Correct...kind of.  The print out will have everything that was ever done to
the car at an authorized dealer.  The problem is that the procedures are all
in code and the people pulling the info don't know most of them.  Someone
had put up a page with the translations to many of these codes for VW (same
as Audi it seems) but I can't seem to find the page now.  I bet the info is
in the archives somewhere, as this topic has come up many times in the past.
