I was able to completely rip apart the cable motor for a P 944; the
motor sits underneath a hose connection and coolant leaks into the
box+destroys the motor. Took me about an hour to completely go over
it, including cleaning out+"overhauling" the motor completely, and
when I was done, worked good as new. My father declared that he
wished I had done it -before- he spent $200+ on a new motor unit. I
suspect the audi part is somewhat cheaper.
