The 5K started the lifter dance again too.  I put in about a half a cup
of Marvel Mystery Oil Saturday,  and she was nice and quiet after about
10 seconds this morning.  I'm pretty sure there are no detrimental
effects, as I've been doing this to the 5K for over 5 years whenever the
lifters start.  If it were only a "tap" I wouldn't mind...but it sounds
like an elf under there running a miniature pile driver.
