Time to think about snow tires

I stand by the Hakkas. I had a set of Toyo winters that were okay, but the
Hakkas were worth the extra cash. Killer in the snow, great in the slushy
stuff. Plus you'll have something in common with your 'Finish' friends ;)

It's Michelin Arctic Alpins and they are wonderful tires. I used them all
last year in the snow in Utah, up to the ski resorts and back and forth to
work. I'm sure Hakkas are nice too, just my experience. I think I paid
around $75 per at my local Discount Tires (205/60/15). Because they use a
softer rubber compound, you will notice a fall-off in cornering performance
compared to the Pirelli 6000s I run in the summer. Otherwise, they're very
nice for snows.

All,
Since I now have 2 sets of wheels for my '92 100cs, I'd like to mount
up dedicated snow tires on the oem 15" wheels.
I'm thinking Hakka's, and who isn't? Though I may go Michelin Pilot
Alpin (or is it Pilot Artics, don't remember).
The question of the day seems to be, where is a good place to find
Nokian Hakka's? My local Direct Tire has them in 195/65/15 for $109
each, total of $520 for a mounted set of 4. Does anyone know of a
better source for these tires?
