Audi sells a repair kit for plastic radiator necks. It's an epoxy-on
replacement neck. Reportedly works for a while and then fails again. Some
folks have found appropriately sized copper or brass pipe and epoxied that
in place to fasten the hose to. Those reportedly lasted longer than the
Audi kit, but also failed eventually. It's all attached to 12-year-old
plastics that have been exposed to much heat and any number of
chemicals. The real solution is a new radiator.
