Can I lower the driver's seat??

In the Audi 90 Coupe I have the seat all the way down
but my head still hits the roof...

anyone know of a bracket that I can lower the seat
with?  I mean it looks pretty low already...

What about removing stuffing from under my bum?  The
seats aren't heated so no element to worry about...

what about the leather - will that all crease and
bunch if I remove some stuffing??

Or aftermarket seat?  Recaro???
