Where can I find database of estimated time to perform Audi repairs?

maybe i'm mistaken, but i could have sworn i came across a website that
contains the estimated times to perform specific audi repairs.  it's
essentially an electronic copy of the book(s) used by dealers and mechanics
for repair billing purposes.  does anyone know what i'm referring to and
have the address handy?  thanx.
