A4 steering wheels

i dont think it will fit because we tryed swaping a 96
sport wheel to a non sport 98 a4 and they were
different. do not be afraid of airbags, as long as you
have the key off,the car never knows the bag is gone.
there are 2 either allen or torx screws on the back of
the wheel that hold the bag on,loosen those up-they
will not come out,they are made to stay in the bag,
pull it up and pull the wire conn. straight off. then
take the wheel off.do not turn the column at all
without the wheel mounted tight to the column or you
will break the clockspring!!!
