MC camshaft profile specs

I think you have to specify _which_ MC engine.  I believe there was a
cam change between MC-1 and MC-2.

Also - a question for MC owners.  Does the takeoff point for the
wastegate frequency valve feed move from unthrottled to throttled
air at the same point as the change from one knock sensor to two?
