WTB: 4.2L Motor from A8 or V8

I have decided not to sell the V8 and instead am looking for a working 4.2L to install.  A
300HP from an A8 is preferred and I will even take an entire salvage A8.  Any leads are
appreciated.  Preferably, the donor motor will include the ECU and harness.
