130 mph club?

Not a easy task to make the 130 club.  A 20V just "Might" make it but a 10v
car is going to be VERY Hard Pressed to join the club.  To make the 130 club
you need to be able to do around 12.5 sec's at 108+ in the quarter and the
Typ 44's are going to have a real hard time to get those numbers.
