Yakima Mounts to Fit TQW?

To the collective:

I have a pair of Yakima gutter mount roof racks left over from my old Jetta
GLI.  I would like to adapt the crossbars to fit the factory roof rails on
the TQW, and have searched the archives to no avail (love that new Google
search engine, Dan & Brett!).  Found Steve B's comment on Thule apps but no
Yakima.

I remember somebody saying something a while back about a Subaru application
working fine, but can't seem to find it.  Any ideas?
