My Audi Is Going Down.

ok after a long month in the shop for some major bodywork, I'm sure you
remember the hit and run that raised all that racial controversy.  well
i got it back yesterday and took it for a drive.  My temp. gauge is
broken but it has never overheated so i didn't think of it much.  well i
drove it about 5 miles and i noticed i wasn't getting any speed.  i knew
something was wrong so i pulled over to a gas station. I went in for
something and came out and steam was pouring out from under the hood!
   I ran over and shut it off. about half of the antifreeze had sprayed
out of the reservoir lid where it seals.  so i put some water in it to
fill it back up.  i was driving it home (driving it easy as possible)
and it does this again about 4 blocks later.  I don't think the radiator
fan was clicking on but i didn't take much notice.   
i just thought i would share.  don't you think it is funny... i get my
car back being without it for over a month... driving it for 15 min...
goes back to the shop for a new radiator and fan.  well can anyone see
any other problems that might have dealt this damage?
