Black Smoke

   When my '86 5000TQ warms up it idles fine but when I give it a bit of gas 
it stumbles and blows a little black smoke out it's rear end and as far as I 
know it hasn't been consuming any kobasa lately so I have no idea what the 
problem is. Is there a switch or a sensor that changes the fuel mixture that 
I don't know about? I think the O2 sensor was changed about half a year ago. 
  It is  also tough to start when it is warm, I have to put the pedal to the 
floor or else it wont start, anyways any info as always would be much 
appreciated!! TIA
