Don't know whether this helps at all...but...

I found a generic Thule mount 416 that works on later model roof racks, as
on my A6Q wagon. Looks like they'd also work on earlier avants, Volvo, and
Mercedes wagons. They even work on the Safety Devices rack on my Range
Rover, which is a 1" round rack.

Yakima may have something similar. Keep digging :)

Of course, I've been reading some really nasty stuff about Thule bicycle
fork mounts on rec.bicycles.tech and am thinking about switching over to
Yakima. Evidently, the design of the Thule fork mount allows one fork
dropout to get no clamping, and the first sharp curve will pull that lip out
of the fork mount. Whether the other fork leg pulls out of the fork mount or
snaps depends on your fork. Neither is good. My new bike has a carbon fiber
fork, and I'm not sure I want to test its durability on the roof...
