Website for this stuff is http://www.por15.com/. I sent an e-mail
request out to find the name of the supplier in South Africa. Well,
guess what? Just like with any other really good product I've been after
(things like Glyco, Pierburg...), they have no distributor in the
country. :(

I guess it'll be Smoothrite (smooth Hammerite) then, which is readily
available from the supermarket. Hopefully it is chip resistant.
