New 200 turbo quattro

The only 200 with a 20-valve engine is the 1991 quattro.  The '89 will have 
a 10-valve engine.

The 200q20v list, which basically is a single-year, single-model focus, 
except for those issues all Audis and, particularly, all Type 
44's,  share.  The list is available through the Audifans website (select 
the highlighted "mailman lists" option), along with the lists for the 
various other models.
