If you have a decent manual, you can probably find the problem pretty
quickly. If the problem is just no spark, then there is usually a quick
fix...could be a bad wire, loose/corroded terminals of ignition coil, bad
coil, worn cap/rotor, or other wiring issue. Even a Haynes manual [for the
5k] will take you step by step through ignition diagnosis. Although the
Bentley is best, Haynes actually did a decent job on ignition. Nothing
about CIS, but it's only $15. The ur-q probably has a similar ignition
system to the 5kT since both used 5-cyl. turbos engines. Point is if you
have an ignition problem, it should be an easy fix, all you need is a good
manual and a multimeter. good luck.
