engine/turbo theory question

        I hear a lot of people say this, but I do not think it the case.  My 
80qt has sooo much more torque at even 2000 RPM than either my highly 
modified CGT or the stock 4kq that I have.  Honestly, my motor feels more 
like a small block V8 than a wheezy turbo motor.  With the MC-2 high 
compression and the K-26, I am a very happy camper.  The problem is, the pull 
after 3k RPM is so much more violent, it make everything else seem slow, 
maybe that is where the percieved problem is?
