Great weekend for the R8s, not so great for my type $$

First off, what an incredible weekend! Great to see so many Audifans
there! Sorry I was not able to spend more time hanging out with fellow
Audifans and enjoying the race. Great job by McNish!!!! I have some
incredible photos to share soon, give me a week and I'll post when
they're up on my site.

Anyway, my 5ktq had a bad day Sunday. Nothing tragic, but one thing
kinda odd.

1. Driver's side window regulator suddenly jammed with the window down.
Not much warning...past experience told me I could milk some time when I
hear the death-fray noises. Not this time. Know what to do...BTDT many
times, no worries there.

2. Leak in the windshield washer plumbing someplace...drained the entire
bottle of juice on the way down Sunday. Again, should be easy to deal
with.

3. Here's the odd one. The bracket that secures the spring for the rear
trunklid took a side hit from a cooler and popped off. (6 spot welds.)
Now, of course, the trunklid won't stay up :( Any ideas as to how to fix
this without going to a body shop and without introducing a rust
problem???? Epoxy???? Help! Any and all ideas will be greatly
appreceated.

Again, great weekend for the R8s!!!!! Congratulations to the 2000 ALMS
Manufacturer's Champions!
