(sorry, and thanks for the wishes):

Elgin 270 Cam:
Exhaust closes 3* after TDC, checking clearance is 226* at .050", exhaust 
opens 43* before BDC, intake closes 43* after BDC, intake opens 3* before 
TDC. lift is .460", both intake and exhaust.  Results very soon...
