Removed and cleaned contacts on both switches, but still no go.Any

Dave,
I think you have a bad switch, I'm guessing pass door from experience.  If 
it is bad even a good drivers switch will not work.  Swap out for known good 
switch and check. If it is the master on drivers door, you can swap the 
connector to other switches and see. If the window is stuck down reverse the 
2 middle wires in the connector on the pass door(I think one middle wire 
holder will slide in and out of the plastic connector) and hit the down side 
and window will go up.
