window problems resolved

Thanks to all that sent me hints and btdt's on my window problem.  Got the
window back up by reversing the middle connector at that passenger door.

The real problem was, as the majority of messages suggested, in the driver
door wiring.  Removing the rubber boot revealed three broken wires and 3-4
others that had cracked insulation.

Rejoining the broken and giving the others a good coat of liquid electrical
tape got everything back to normal.
