Just to give a bit feedback on this car you found. The car in question is a VW
Santana (aka Passat B2 and Quantum) that was produced in license by Nissan (I
dunno why). This model was never produced wiht the 20v engine, as this engien
came out after the B2 production was halted. So this clearly is already a swap
job. For that price I say you should buy the engine anyways, even of you don't
find any good use for it. You could always sell it to another VW or Audi owner
for a few bucks more.
