RS2 in the US?

Stopped by the local Audi dealer yesterday (Sewickley Audi in Pittsburgh) to
see what they had on the lot. Peered into the rear lot where they keep the
cars being serviced, and there was a beautiful RS2 there. It was pearl white
w/ black leather interior w/ the blue alcantara inserts. Surprisingly, the
car had a valid PA plate w/ registration sticker, and even had the PA
inspection/emission stickers on the windshield. Also, the speedo and odo
were still in kms, and had not been converted. Any idea how someone got one
of these into the US? I wish the dealer was open so I could ask about it.
