RS2 in the US?

Quite possible - we have an S4+ (V8, 6 speed avant) in our little group down
here in FL - unmolested and Florida titled, no restrictions.
It takes 2 things to import such a car: a foreign national and a lazy customs
agent. Our guy was coming over for school - he intends on being here 8 years.
When he told the customs guy this, they just cleared it. Normal procedure is a 2
year restriction, not allowing the car to be sold, and reissued every 2 years.
