hints on pressing out bushings?

That's a good point on freezing the bushings first before installation.  I
do that when I install timing belt rollers...  So now I have to decide if it
will take less time to weld a jig for the control arms or go to my hardware
store and pick up 3/8" threaded rod and appropriate pipe adapters etc...
Would be nice to use that nice new expensive press though.....
