200TQ ain't runnin

Go out to start the 200TQ this morning and it starts but then sputters and 
dies...

Will not restart... in fact, will not even try to start.  It just does 
nothing.  The battery is working fine too.  I just turn the key, and you can 
here is click and the fuel pump relay engages, but nothing after that.  Will 
not even attempt to turn over.  Like there is no spark, but I think there 
must be.  

I am guessing the distributor or the starter motor.

Any ideas?
