That's interesting.  I've never heard of a 6.9.  Sounds like they got socked
with gas guzzler tax.


450 SEL - ok, got some info.  0-60 - 7.1 seconds, and top speed of 140, cis
injected, 6.9l V8, 250hp, 360 lb/ft, 3-speed auto.  In 1977, was the fastest
european sedan, cost was $19,500, and was sold at 500 per year.  Check it
