I for one enjoyed Brett's post. Unfortunately, the intended victim won't
"get it". The frustration expressed by the original poster is typical of
people too self absorbed and pig headed to stop and read the directions,
or at least to ask politely for some help. It's societal, and appears to
be becoming all pervasive, from crotchety ol' pharts to little kids, and
through the entire spectrum in between. Rudeness is replacing televised
sports as the national pastime. Ask a primary school teacher. John
