Spark diagnosic tool. On scene report.

I just got back from a stroll to the other side of the building. Harbor
Freight, where your ship has come in. I checked it out, and here's the
on scene report! The cheap(er) one appears to have some kind of neon 
bulb, the (more)expensive one has a little flashlight bulb. Both kinds
cheesy, both share some parts, look like they came from the same place,
although the packaging level is vastly different. USPS is $3.40, BTW.
