Bozo radio code input

OK, I confess, I lost (e-mail crash) the instructions for unsafing the
BOZO radio in the A6 avant, which I figure is the same as the 93 100 I
asked about a few months ago. Got the code from the dealer for this
new-to-me car, and can get it to the entry point, but from that point
I'm stuck. HELP! Gotta do a roadtrip tomorrow night and tunes would be
nice. TIA, John
