Those are BMW M3 replica mirrors. I see the new big thing in the
aftermarket tuning world (where tuning usually means "20-inch wheels,
big bodykit, small diesel powerplant to be cruised at max speed of 5 mph
'cos it's all for looks") is the new Porsche mirrors. Look nicer than
the aging M3 units. :)
