V8 QUATTRO

While driving around last night looking at cars, I stumbled apon a real nice 
1990 v8 quattro. Looks to be in good condition. Due to darkness I'm unsure 
of mileage...being sold for $5,000! Generally what should I be looking for 
as far as potential problems go? Is the v8 engine as robust as the 5 
cylinders are? Can't get the car test drivin till Monday so if I can get 
some info by then, that would be great...thanks.
