You have to push inward and turn. I used a c-clamp to push it in and then
turn

Subject: How do I turn in the rear brake piston?
Trying to replace the rear brake pads on my A4 and
turning the piston with a needle nose pliers.
Although the piston turns, it doesn't appear to be
moving in and I've got a long way to go before I can
get the caliper back on. (I already spend a good
15-30 mins turning it so I don't think it's moving in)
Do I have to apply inward force as I turn it?
Do I have to open the bleeder valve?
Will a brake tool solve all my trouble?
