200tq won't run

 Hello listers.

I'm having a bit of a problem with my 200tq. It has been under some
service & repairs from the middle of the april. Now the best time
for quattros is starting to knock on the door (it snowed last night!)
and I'm eager to get the car running but it doesn't want to.

Symptoms are odd. The engine starts up just fine, runs fine 2-3 seconds,
then dies. Won't start right away but after waiting for some 30-60
seconds starts again like an angel. During that 2-3 seconds of running
it responds to throttle but when it starts to die pressing the
accelerator doesn't seem to have any effect.

I thought it might be clogged fuel pump and I changed it today.
It wasn't. It still does the same thing.
I tried starting with the idle control valve unplugged but it didn't
help, it started a little bit harder but started and then died again
 after couple of seconds.

What have I done during the summer? Nothing much, turbo rebuild,
cylinder head rebuild with new exhaust valves, timing belt +
waterpump + belt pulley changed, new gaskets everywhere,
new filters everywhere, now even new fuel pump, etc etc.
If I only had done one repair, it would be easy to start guessing
the cause of the problem but now...

Any ideas or BTDTs ? Winter is coming!

 -Otto-
