I must admit they're more profitable, and that there are occasions with
a very few customers that I feel tempted to impose 'fines' for various
things - like not looking after an ur-quattro properly.  But this
isn't altruism - we have to face the fact that our market is limited
in size and that customers speak to each other.  It saves us having
to advertise, so we're not really losing out at the end of the day.
