Actually, just because Ford or Daihmler/Chrysler owns the company doesnt
mean its loosing its identity.  Now these smaller companies like Lotus or
Austin Martin can stay in business with the backing of one of the BIG 3.
And BWM should look out... I believe VW was trying to aquire them recently
werent they?....
