My Quick guess would be you missed or have a broken vacum hose, seems too 
major though, perhaps Temp sensor?  Did it just happen after you did all that 
work to it?  If it did, Obviously something was "overlooked" ....Something 
you took off, missed in reassembly... Go over it in detail, Have a friend 
start the car while you hose around with some Starting fluid.... Youll figure 
it out... HTH.
