Hello Audi List

I am new to the list, having just picked up my fully optioned 88 5000TQ
Wagon, and will now accost you with the same questions that have been
asked and answered a million times before. :)  I realize that archives
could be searched, but frankly I am in a hurry to get my suspension
done, and I would rather rely on the "live" experience and wisdom of you
folks on the list.  Some may recognize my name from Team.net list asI am
an experienced Autocrosser.  I am somewhat familiar with car set up, and
look forward to making my Audi a bit more handling freindly.  Any help
would be appreciated in saving me many hours of research:

1)  Can anyone confirm the existence of, and recommend a supplier for:
	a)  Urethane Suspension Bushings?
	b)  Stiffer, lower springs?
	c)  Performance Strut inserts?
	d)  Upgraded stabilizer bars?
2)  Where can I go to get specifications and build information on my
Wagon?  (For instance, I would like ot know if the Fuch's alloy wheels
are a rare option or common.)
3)  Many things have been doen by the previous owner, but please feel
free to offer advice on "majors" that should be looked at.

I'll save engine and other stuff for later...I want to get the
suspension done first since that is what is most important to me.  
Anyone with any good or bad experiences in doing major suspension
tweaks?
