Squeaky Suspension

Howdy Folks,
I have an '88 5ktq that I've made a terrible mistake with while being
enthusiastic about preventive maintenance. While I was under the back end I
decided to spray Gunk Liquid Wrench Lubricant on all the joints and rubber
bushings to slow any rust and condition the rubber. Now I have an awfully
squeaky car. At every little or large motion it make a painful racquet. So
before I try spraying something else in there I thought that I should do a
little research. I'm thinking that silicone spray may work because it dries
completely, and I've heard that it's good for rubber. But I've been wrong
before!. Any other ideas or helpful experience for maintaining/creating a
quiet suspension will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Alot,
Al.
