No, the only real difference is the mounting bolt spacing. The 4kq uses
the narrower spacing, and the 80Q uses the bigger spacing that all type44 and
such use. Basically, the only difference is in the bracket. I used a very
small rotor offset of 10mm to clear the ball joint, the stock 30mm offset
would not work with the rediculously thick 30mm rotors. If I had 17" rims I
could have used a larger offset because the ball joint would have fallen
inside the rotor. 2B now has a big red kit for the earlier cars such as the
4kq too if you are intersted.
