5k headliner

my headliner has delammed from the foam, has anyone else dealt with 
this?....the material is still clean and unripped....I tried to pickup some 
3m adhesive spray
which made a claim of resecuring lightweight headliners...but fine print 
revealed
that the product was not to be used to resecure foambacked headliners that 
have pulled away from foam...would a new liner need to be puchashed....or is 
there a cheaper option?,,,,,TIA
