4K-4S-$650

1986 4000S automatic for sale. $650 (no dickering, that's the price),
includes spare engine. Clean Florida title. No license plate, so can't
deliver it. Miles unknown (as usual).

Red with grey mouse fur interior, interior is very nice, paint is good, has
some minor dings on fenders and doors, but nothing serious. All glass good,
headlights good, etc. Handsome little car.

Spoke alloy wheels, good tires, at least one new half shaft, transmission
replaced a year ago. I also seem to recall a brake job (pads) about a year
ago. Runs and shifts fine.

Car needs brakes bled, some rear door handles, lower dash panels
reassembled (radio and speakers removed, have not put it back together
again, but will this coming weekend.), general tidying up and a little TLC
from someone who knows Audis and their foibles. Needless to say, the A/C
doesn't work (so what else is new?)

This would be a FINE inexpensive daily driver, and if I didn't already have
two type 44 Audis and more projects than I can shake a stick at, I'd keep
it myself.

Car is in Daytona Beach, with half a day's work I wouldn't hesitate to
drive it anywhere in Florida. Digital pix available; inquire.
