full size spare tire in Type44

Hi there!
Some days ago there were posts concerning the possibility of a full size
spare in a Type44.
Now, I drive a '90 Audi 100 Sport 2 fwd. (I am German, in case you are
wondering.) And it has a more-than-full size spare: 215/60/15. It came
stock on the Sports. The floor pan is black plastic. I always thought
full size pans were standard, only the spare tire size would vary.

I hope you can enlighten me
