I beg to disagree on that (of course when it comes to car styling
beauty is in the eye of the beholder). Now, while I agree that in
general the modern Audis share many common traits found in other
car lines (rounded, sleek, etc), one thing that can't be mistaken
is that Audis are still distinctly Audi. If you remove all its
badges and logos, any Audi will not be confused with anything but
an Audi. This is not so true with many other cars, particularly
those of Asian origin. With each new model, if you haven't seen
one before and there were no badges to tell you, lots of these
cars look so anonymous that they could have come from any generic
company.

Recent Audi sedans (A4, A6 and A8) don't scream "look at me" very
loudly, and are exercises in minimalism and elegance. There is
not a line out of place, not a trim too many. Yet that simplicity
in form exudes a strong sense of presence and stance. Boring and
non-descript? Perhaps only those who can't appreciate the subtlety
and substance in Audi designs would characterize them as such.

Also, I wouldn't lump the Passat and Jetta amongst the Accord or
Camry either. I happen to think that VWs do have a very distinct
personality of their own. Now, the new Maxima... whoever designed
that rear bumper must be on something really weird.
